3. carrentalclub.in is provide booking system where customer can be made online booking by filling up the booking form. payment can be made through any option such as credit/debit cards listed here. booking can be made for any person other than card holder also. For that you need to fill up details of card holder for payment and details of user for booking. the use of credit card is totally safe, we use EBS payment gateway for payment. EBS has a 128 bits SSL encryption technology compliant solution certified by VeriSign. Your card details are not shared.

4) After completion of booking, the booking voucher will be sent to the traveler on his/her registered email id.

5) It is compulsory for traveler to avail car rental service by carrental.in, if its not done then it entitles the chauffeur to refuse service without any liability on us to refund the booking amount

6) After customer make booking & getting his/her booking voucher, it means that he/she has read and accept all terms and conditions as mentioned and agreed on all of them.

7) We request that every duty slip has to be fill up by the customer, if this has not been done by the customer no disputes will be entertained later. The start & end distance kilometers or hours will be calculated from garage to garage. Driving speed of vehicle will be applicable as per guidelines of local transport authority. Any parking charges, toll charges, other state taxes and entry fees etc. to be paid & bearer by the customer only.

8) Any distances between two locations or travel points be it an intercity distance or from vendors garage etc mentioned on the website are approximate or estimated . Real distance may be differ and depending on the accurate geographical location of the points are under consideration.

9) Air-conditioner of fleet will not work on hill routes & also when the vehicle is not moving or in a motion. Then the customer is also not be expecting to request chauffeur to on the air condition in the above mentioned cases.

10) The voucher is compulsory to reward any applicable discounts or offers (or) in the case of a cash back. In such case of a cash back, the amount will be directly credited to your credit card/debit card account from which the payment was made to Travelchoice Holidays Pvt Ltd in approximately 15 days from the pick up date. No cash payment will done on behalf of that cash back offer.

11) Any discounts or offers are only applicable only on the base fare and cannot be applicable on extra charges like toll, taxes, charges on for extra Kms consumed if applicable, charges for extra hours consumed if applicable, driver allowance, parking, night charges, other state tax unless specified.

12) Booking of any vehicle will be subject to availability. In a case if car booked by customer is not available on the day of travel then customer will be provided with an alternative equal vehicle in the similar segment as applicable.

13) Sometime it may happen that some travel routes, where particular cab which was booked earlier by a customer online will not be capable to run or drive during travel, due to the existing road conditions (OR) likely danger of natural disasters. These reasons as mentioned are away from the control of Travelchoice Holidays Pvt Ltd. In such a case Travelchoice Holidays Pvt Ltd will provide an upgraded cab type which is typically used in that region at with an additional charge. If the customer doesn't want Travelchoice Holidays Pvt Ltd to provide an upgraded car type a refund will be made.

14) Transfer and local car rental services are valid only within city limits and not for outside the city. For the above mentioned car rental services or any request for out station travel beyond city limits will allow to the driver to refuse booking or services without any liability to refund the booking amount.

15) Any kind of alteration or change in a booking are allowed to customer only 24 hours before the pick up time or journey starts. After that No changes will be allowed within 24 hours of the time of pick up time. If alterations or changes are for requested on cab type, the cab type requested is subject to availability. In case of any No Show where the customer not informed Travelchoice Holidays Pvt Ltd on the changes on his schedule 24 hours before the pick up no refunds will be applicable on us. Any kind of alterations or changes can be done by contacting the support team of Travelchoice Holidays Pvt Ltd on on +91-9468598923 and share the booking reference number.

16) Customer will liable to pay waiting charges in the case of delay (be it for any reason) & exceeding more than 20 minutes from the scheduled pick up time.

17) Customer is liable to pay for any additional distance traveled and also liable to pay for additional hourly charges if applicable. Any unscheduled changes will attract additional charges as applicable.

18) Every bookings are consider as calendar day basis i.e from midnight 12:00 to midnight 12:00. For an example if a car booked for 31st December which pick up time is 5:00 p.m, then that booking will be valid till 1st December 11:59 p.m and not 1st Jan 5:00 p.m.

19) Cars which are booked for any outstation duty like Oneway, round trip & multicity cannot be allowed for local travel use. For an example if a customer books a cab from Delhi to Jaipur then to Ajmer and back to Delhi for a period of 3 days in total & has a predefined Km limit of 750 Kms and he returns back to Delhi on the second day & has a balance Km limit of 50 with one day remaining, inspite of this he is not entitled to consume this 50Kms for local travel in Delhi (Source city), however the customer can travel from Delhi to some other city outside city limits of Delhi (say Gurgaon) & consume the remaining 50 Kms or more than this by paying additional charges.

20) Ideal time for waiting a customer by chauffeur will be 60 minutes from his/her pick up time, in case customer doesn't inform the chauffeur on the delay. After 60 minutes the booking will be considered as a case of NO SHOW and full booking amount will be forfeited.

21) For all travel duties like one way, round trip, local, transfer customer has to bear all extra charges like driver allowance, toll, taxes, charges of extra Kms used if applicable, charges of extra hours used if applicable, parking charges, night charges and any other charges applicable as mentioned on the voucher.

22) In case of one way outstation duty the customer will pay for any additional charges in the case where the driver needs to cover additional distance (or) needs additional duration to complete his return journey (whichever is higher).

23) Transfers with unspecified distance coverage will only include one way transfer either from airport or railway station to a single location or vice versa. Pickups from or drops to multiple locations are not included in such bookings.

24) Travelchoice Holidays Pvt Ltd cannot be liable for any delay or significant loss happen to the customer due to traffic jam or any reasons which beyond reasonable control of the driver or falls on the part of the driver.

25) Travelchoice Holidays Pvt Ltd cannot be hold accountable for any loss, damage, physical injury, death in road accident, third party injury or death  etc suffered by the customer while availing these services.

26) If somehow any misbehavior or argue done by chauffeur the customer should immediately report to the support team of Travelchoice Holidays Pvt Ltd Ltd at +91-9468598923 and share the experience while mentioning the booking reference number.

27) In no event the entire liability of Travelchoice Holidays Pvt Ltd for any loss or damage arising due to cab services or in the case of a valid refund claim shall not exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.

28) In case of any dispute parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

29) In addition to all the above mentioned terms & conditions, user terms mentioned on the website apply.

30) In a scenario, where in a customer already has received the driver & cab details and the cab hired does not show up on the day of travel, it will be considered as the failure of the fleet partner of Travelchoice Holidays Pvt Ltd. Travelchoice Holidays Pvt Ltd being an on-line car aggregator will take all necessary efforts to provide the customer an alternative mode of transport immediately, in the shortest possible time & if failing to do so will provide the customer a full refund, which will be processed in a maximum 7 days from the day the cab travel was scheduled to begin. Travelchoice Holidays Pvt Ltd is not liable to reimburse its customer for any expenses like hotel stay charges, flight ticket charges or any other type of monetary expenses which the customer had to bear as a result of no show of the cab on the day of planned cab travel.

31) Travelchoice Holidays Pvt Ltd may use the mobile number & email ID shared while making an online booking/ registration with it (or) which is shared while filling its inquiry form for its promotional purposes. Travelchoice Holidays Pvt Ltd promises that the data will never be sold to any other business entity & will be solely used for its own promotional purposes.

32) It may happen that for some regions that the cab model which was reserved earlier by a customer online cannot be actually made available due to restrictions by local cab associations in that geography, which are beyond the control of Travelchoice Holidays Pvt Ltd. In such a case Travelchoice Holidays Pvt Ltd will make a full refund.

33) We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

34) Travelchoice Holidays Pvt Ltd can send the cab only at the time for which booking has made & not early whatsoever may be the emergencies may be.

35) The final cab rental amount inclusive of extra charges if any will attract applicable service tax.

 

Cancellation Policies

  • 10% of the total trip cost (except 2% convenience fee) will be deducted as cancellation. If a traveler cancels 24 hours prior the pick-up time.
  • No Refund, If a traveler cancels within 24 hours prior the pick-up time.
  • No cash refund requests applicable. The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer’s bank account.
  • The amount will be refunded approximately within 7 to 10 business days.
